Refund & Returns Policy
We want you to love your Ignite Candles experience — from scent to flame! But if something isn’t quite right, here’s how we handle it:
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your candle arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Just send us an email with a photo and your order number, and we’ll sort it — whether that’s a replacement or a refund. Your happiness (and your unbroken candle) matters to us!
Changed Your Mind?
We totally get it — sometimes a scent just isn’t your thing. If you’ve changed your mind, you can return unused, unopened candles within 14 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping). Return postage is at the buyer’s cost.
Custom or Sale Items
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or refunds on custom-made or sale items unless they arrive damaged — because those are one-of-a-kind, just like you.

What if my candle arrives damaged or broken?
Oh no! If your order arrives damaged, please email us within 7 days with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund — your choice.
Can I return a candle if I don’t like the scent?
We get it — not every scent suits every nose. You can return unused, unopened candles within 14 days of receiving them for a full refund (excluding shipping). You’ll just need to cover return postage.
Can I return a candle I’ve already burned?
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns for used candles — once the wick’s lit, it’s yours to love (or gift to a friend who does love it!).
Are sale or custom candles refundable?
Sale items and custom-made candles are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty. Handmade means one-of-a-kind — and that includes quirks!
How do I request a refund or return?
Easy! Just email us at ignitecandlesshop@outlook.com with your order number, photos (if needed), and what’s gone wrong. We’ll reply within 48 hours — we’re a small team, but we’re on it!
